Why choose us?

More than a screen — engineered display solutions from factory to field

01
Precision Color & Optical Performance

Factory-level color management (3D LUTs, ICC profiles), delta‑E targets and uniformity correction ensure repeatable, production-scale color accuracy across batches. Optical bonding and anti-reflective treatments available for high-ambient environments.

02
Tailored Mechanical & Electrical Integration

Custom sizes, bezel designs, touch options (PCAP), sunlight-readable high-brightness panels (up to 2500 nits), IP‑rated enclosures, and flexible I/O (HDMI/DP/LVDS/MIPI/RS232). We deliver production-ready assemblies that fit your mounting, thermal and EMC needs.

03
Robust Manufacturing & Quality Traceability

ISO‑aligned production, certified BOM sourcing, comprehensive QA (burn‑in, thermal cycling, brightness/contrast mapping) and full traceability per unit. Designed for long lifetime (e.g., 50,000 hrs) and predictable field reliability.

04
Lifecycle Engineering & Support

OTA firmware management, spare-parts pools, preventative maintenance programs, on-site repair options and SLAs for rapid turnaround — we support product evolution from prototype to large-scale deployment.

Ordering Made Easy

Contact & Specify Your Display

Get in touch to discuss your application and choose a product or request a custom design. Tell us the essentials — panel size, resolution, brightness, touch option, IP rating, I/O and mechanical constraints — and our LCD engineers will validate feasibility and propose optimized specs.

Quote, Prototype & Production Plan

We provide a detailed quote, sample/prototype options, production lead time and a testing plan (color calibration, burn‑in, thermal cycling, and QA checkpoints). Confirm the order and we'll schedule tooling, material procurement and a production timetable, plus logistics and payment terms.

Manufacture, Ship & After‑sales

After payment we complete final QA, factory calibration and secure packaging, then ship with tracking and customs documentation. On receipt follow our incoming inspection checklist; we offer warranty, firmware updates, spare‑parts pools and field support to keep your displays reliable long term.

First-Class Visuals, Every Time!

Customer Projects That Speak for Themselves

Excellent color accuracy and uniformity — the factory 3D‑LUT calibration matched our reference profile out of the box. Fast turnaround, clear QC reports, and zero surprises on arrival.

FAQ — Ordering & Support

What is your customization and prototyping process, and how long does it take?
We start with an application review: send us your use case, mechanical drawings, electrical interface requirements (e.g., MIPI, LVDS, HDMI, DisplayPort, or parallel RGB), touch preference (PCAP, resistive, IR), environmental targets (operating/storage temperature, IP rating, vibration), and key optical targets (size, resolution, brightness in nits, contrast and target delta‑E). Our engineering team produces an initial feasibility assessment and suggested bill of materials, including recommended panel families and backlight options. Typical milestones: • Feasibility & quote: 3–5 business days after receipt of complete specs. • Prototype/sample: 2–6 weeks depending on tooling and whether optical bonding or custom backlight is required. • Production lead time: 3–8 weeks for standard assemblies; longer if new tooling or large quantities are needed. Notes: • Non‑recurring engineering (NRE) may apply for custom bezels, cable harnesses or tooling. • To speed up development, provide mechanical CAD, mounting tolerances, and target environmental tests up front. • We maintain communication at every stage, share QC checkpoints and sample reports before full production.
How do you ensure color accuracy and optical performance across production?
We use factory-level color management and optical processes to ensure repeatable results. Typical measures include: • 3D LUT calibration and ICC profiling per production lot to meet customer delta‑E targets (e.g., <2.0 or tighter on request). • Per-unit brightness and uniformity mapping, plus gamma/stretch compensation when required. • Optical bonding (OCA/LOCA) to reduce reflectance and improve contrast, AR/AG coatings for high-ambient installations. • Backlight selection and binning to control luminance distribution; high-brightness options up to 2500 nits available. • Final verification with spectroradiometer and colorimeter reports included with shipments on request. We can also perform application-specific calibration (e.g., DICOM for medical displays) and provide calibration LUTs for integration into your firmware.
What quality control and reliability testing do you perform?
Our production follows ISO-aligned processes and certified component sourcing. Key QC and reliability steps: • Incoming material inspection and BOM verification to approved parts and RoHS/REACH standards. • Burn‑in (typical 48–168 hours depending on application), thermal cycling, and humidity testing per agreed profile. • Electrical tests (power consumption, EMI/EMC pre‑screen), visual inspection, dead‑pixel checks and contrast/brightness mapping. • Sample-based environmental stress testing for vibration and shock when needed. • Full unit traceability with serial numbers, build logs and test reports. Estimated service life and warranty parameters: • Typical panel lifetime: 30,000–50,000 hours depending on panel type and backlight. • Standard warranty terms available, with extended warranties and on‑site support options.
What are your ordering, payment, shipping and after‑sales support terms?
• Provide finalized specs and sign the purchase order. For custom work, a formal engineering agreement and approval of samples is recommended. • Payment: Typical terms: deposit on order (e.g., 30–50%), balance before shipment. Open-account or LC terms can be negotiated for established customers. • Shipping & logistics: We handle export documentation, packing for international transport, and can ship FCA, FOB, CIF or DDP per agreement. • After‑sales support: Warranty support, firmware updates (OTA where supported), spare‑parts kits, and field service/SLA options are available. We also offer incoming inspection checklists and training for your technicians.
